CES 2019: Quectel New Products to Accelerate IoT Innovations

The four-day Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2019) kicked off Tuesday in Las Vegas. Quectel Wireless Solutions showcased its new technological innovations at this annual event, which are bound to bring a brand-new connectivity experience for years to come. With 5G commercialization starting in 2019, Quectel has rolled out EM20, an LTE Advanced Category 20 module ahead of the show, which offers the maximum LTE throughput of 2.0Gbps Downlink and is optimized specially for Laptop, PC and high-speed industrial IoT applications. This high-speed module is compatible with Quectel’s broad portfolio of LTE-Advanced products including Cat 12 module EM12 and future 5G module, allowing for smooth migration between different categories and to next-generation connectivity.
