Hybrid Cloud: The Path to Diversified IT Environments

SVCF began migrating its IT infrastructure to the NaviCloud platform in mid-2014. NaviSite currently provides managed IT infrastructure services for the ERP system and associated database that power SVCF's donor portal as well as a VMware-based virtual desktop system leveraging NaviSite's DaaS solution. Patrick O'Sullivan, head of IT, explained that the organization needed a service provider able to offer technology expertise and responsive support for both a managed virtualized server environment and a resilient DaaS solution.
