The growth in the Indian data centre market has been exponential. According to Gartner, India has become the second fastest growing market in the Asia Pacific region. The current market tethering to data centers in the country is valued over 4.5 billion dollars. The country has seen good adoption of managed hosting services. However, it’s the co-location services that continue to dominate the data center sector. The report also states that this will continue to be driven by large enterprises and highly regulated verticals like the Telecom, BFSI segment and others.
