FedEx Signs 10-Year Data Center Infrastructure Agreement with Switch

Switch, the global technology infrastructure corporation that develops hyperscale data center ecosystems for enterprise colocation, differentiated multi-cloud, and industry-leading telecommunications solutions, today announced that FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX)  has signed a 10-year deal with Switch to serve as FedEx's western U.S. data center. Switch will deliver 2.5 MW of 100 percent green power in year one, and up to 8 MW by year ten, for colocation as well as multiple telecom network services. "Switch provides world class hyperscale data centers for the digital-ready enterprise," said Rob Carter, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of FedEx Corporation.
