A good service catalog should do three things: educate customers about IT infrastructure services, help them make better technology choices, and build credibility with business partners.  Today’s service catalogs, however, fail to meet internal customers’ evolving expectations. We’ve said previously that it’s time to take a hard, long-overdue look at the service catalog.
