Airgain to Showcase Innovative 5G Products at Mobile World Congress

On February 23, 2023, Airgain announced its showcase of 5G infrastructure products at Mobile World Congress (MWC), Barcelona, using the Anritsu Radio Communications Test Station MT8000A 5G platform. The company uses this comprehensive testing platform and the Anritsu Radio Communications Analyzer MT8821C 4G/LTE platform in its San Diego headquarters to develop and test new 5G products to improve customer experience.

The MT8000A supports Frequency Range 1 (FR1) sub-6 GHz and FR2 millimeter wave (mmWave) bands to meet all 5G testing needs. The MT8000A, one of the first commercialized 5G test platforms, has helped develop 5G chipsets, devices, conformance tests, and carrier acceptance. The Anritsu wideband Radio Communication Analyzer MT8821C tests 4G/LTE cellular. When merged, the MT8000A and MT8821C test platforms cover all major commercial cellular technologies.
