Fhoosh Accelerator Kits Help Deploy Super-Fast Encryption Tech Even Faster

Security company Fhoosh launched several Accelerator Kits, each targeting specific environments such as cloudand on-premises data centers to help companies securely transmit and store data in these different environments. The kits provide a way for businesses to jumpstart security programs using Fhoosh software and comply with regulatory requirements, said founder and CEO Eric Tobias. “It’s difficult for organizations to implement security and so we’ve tried to make it very easy to implement Fhoosh and realize our benefits on a given project,” Tobias said. To this end, the company developed five Accelerator Kits targeting cloud, on-premises, IoT, integration software development kits (SDKs), and government/defense environments. All five are based on the company’s lightweight software, which encrypts data up to 15 times faster than standard encryption and is certified up to eight times faster than unencrypted data. It can be deployed on endpoints including Internet of Things (IoT) devices, data center servers, and in public and private clouds. The technology also secures command and control communications to end-point devices in real time, Tobias said. “And it can be done strictly over TCP or IP protocols,�� he added. “You don’t need MPLS to send those commands securely. We always talk about how we have one ubiquitous solution that goes from endpoint to the cloud and that translates also to the command and control.”
